Drew specialises in residential property transactions in the Brisbane market. Through the strong fundamentals of communication, transparency and innovative marketing strategy, he has been able to provide a service that results in a premium outcome for his clients since his debut in 2014.
With a background in the Defence, Insurance and Market Research industries, Drew brings a wealth of experience to the table for his clients. Being well travelled and culturally aware, he is able to relate to and communicate with different demographics seamlessly. With a genuine interest in helping people, his energy, enthusiasm and desire to achieve the best result for his clients is unmatched.
Drew works tirelessly for his clients and embraces the 'sense of urgency' mindset he learnt whilst in the military. A large part of his business is generated from both repeat clients and referrals. This is possible due to Drew delivering results for his clients who have entrusted him with the sale of their most valuable asset and delivering a result in a timely manner without compromising the integrity of value.
In an industry where many agents focus on mostly vendors and where the next listing will come from, Drew puts an equal focus on genuine & qualified buyers and works closely with these people so that when an asset does become available to purchase he is able to match the right buyer, who ultimately will pay a premium for the asset.
When he is not hard at work for his clients marketing and negotiating optimal outcomes, you will find Drew focused on his passion for family and community. Having attended Marist College Ashgrove and with children who attend primary and secondary school within St Lucia & Indooroopilly, he is a firm believer in a strong education system and community engagement. He is a member of multiple P&C committees within the Inner City and a passionate advocate for local issues. Drew is also a member of the RFS.
