At the ripe age of 15, Joshua Baker knew that Real Estate was his career of choice. With an enormous amount of trepidation, he approached Sonya Treloar, who had recently successfully sold his Grandparents home, to see if there was an opportunity for him to undertake some work experience. Sonya said yes, thinking that this would not last.
Fast forward 6 years, and Joshua has been a member of the Ray White Bridgeman Downs and Albany Creek Team working in various capacities part time for the entire time, and studying full time at Brisbane Grammar and The University of Queensland.
Often affectionately referred to as 'the work experience boy that wouldn't leave' Joshua has been present at Open Homes, Auctions, Training and Events for the entire 6 years and has participated in an annual Christmas Chocolate Delivery program, well before he held a Drivers licence.
Well known to many of our clients already, Joshua, has recently completed his Bachelor of Business Management, Majoring in Real Estate and Development, and is now proudly a full time member of the Sonya Treloar Team.
Joshua's unyielding passion for Real Estate is a rare and unique quality in someone so young. But it is his perseverance in the pursuit of Real Estate excellence that impresses most. Under Sonya Treloar's expert guidance, Joshua will be the next generation of agent bringing with him high standards to the benefit of his clients.
